“I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our double queen room at Ticaboo Lodge. Unlike other hotels, there was ample room for movement at the foot of the beds. The refrigerator was impressive, keeping drinks icy cold and featuring a generous freezer. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay restful, and I must mention the excellent air conditioning that regulated the temperature perfectly.” view full review

“During my stay, I discovered Smoki's, the new smokehouse BBQ next to the lodge. As a Southern foodie, I can honestly say it served some of the best BBQ I've had in years! The ribs and pulled pork were mouth-watering, a perfect reward after a day spent on the lake or exploring the desert.
